Warranty Policy

1. Who is eligible for Warranty :

Customers who are registered their purchase on www.wecool.in within 10 days of purchase.

2. Who is covered :

Any Technical defects such as malfunctioning , not working, etc …

3. What is covered and How long :

Technical defects for TWS Earbuds for 1 Year , Charging Cables for 1 Year, Bluetooth Earphones for 6 Months , Wired earphones for 6 Months.

4. What is not covered :

Physical Damages / Water Damages / Wear & Tear

5. What we will do :

Replacement of the Product under the Warranty.

6. What we will not do :

WeCool will not consider refurbished unit / refurbished purchase. Warranty will not extend after replacement.

Return the product with proof of purchase using the following procedure :

  •  To Claim Warranty, the defective product should be sent to our Warehouse. Post complete Quality check by our Quality control team , if found defective we ship a new product to the buyer.
  • In case the product does not have any manufacturing defect and if it has physical damage , then the product is not eligible for warranty.
  • If the Product sent to us does not meet our warranty policy then the buyer has to bare the return shipping charges to ship the product back from us
  • Please send the defective products along with all accessories for hassle free replacement process.
  • Please provide your Name , contact details and Order details on the package for quick processing.
