Where is the services center of WeCool?

 We have a centralized service center in Bangalore only. Those who live outside of Bangalore can send
the product to our HQ service center by any courier.

How many days will it take to get replacement?

After we received the defective product to our warehouse, it would take 2 working days to ship the new product. The whole process might take around 8-10 days based on courier transit time.

Do I get replaced products to our door step?

Yes, we will send your product through our courier partner and they will deliver them to your door step. Please ensure you share the correct address with our customer support team.

How to send a defective product to WeCool warehouse?

You have to send the defective products to WeCool warehouse via any courier service. Our customer support team will share you the warehouse address.

Can I change the product color in replacement?
